We use Cold and Heat to move the solvent at any temperature, any speed, any polarity, at the desired effective volume at maximum density through any quality genus species of plant at any density of material.
We do all this without the aid of pumps of any kind and we use heat without changing the temperature of the solvent. This is a lot to grasp for budding newcomers into the extraction industry.
I have seen more new extraction companies form in the last 10 years than in all the 20 years I have been in the extraction business. Although easy for me, after 10 years of explaining it to customers I have concluded it would be easier for them if I just automated the process. Automating and standardizing the extraction process for what I knew would become out of control was my goal from the beginning.
Here we are..
The states have lost control and desparetely want a safer solution that increases profits and decreases expenses associated with CO2 system and other pump based systems. This allows the states access to greater funds because profits for the operators are maximized.
They also want transparency through tracking and easier compliance verfication.

The operators of the extractors want more control and standardization or repeatable safer processes and the ability to create more products cheaper faster with less learning curve while p[roducing higher yields, faster, and with less labor and cost.
This system does all that because it is the first and only closed passive system that opreatates on a Proper Load Ratio by Volume while using a consistent optimized design that facilitates the application of formula control.
The first CPE PLRV system if I am allowed to create the name for it and this system when automated provides all the features required by both parties and more.

It is apparent with all the failed copies of this design over the last 10 years that the method that allows all the controls mentioned above was not understood. Considering that the method requires a specific design the method was lost when the design changed. In some cases resulting in catastrphofic results as pumps and other equipment was placed inline with the pressurized volatile flammable solvents to make something work that was working already. If they would have just undersood the method and design they were trying to copy all these issues could have been avoided.
If we need consistency we need a consistent design that is robust enough to fullfill all the needs of all parties. There is no other extractor that stands so far above the rest that they would ever make it to the pinnacle of systems.

That is how we became the giants we were once before? Give everyone what they want and MORE!
Create a safer transparent compliant system that is so economical and desirable that we regain our rightful place in the market.

Allow the operator to dial in their target. Record and repeat the process by allowing them to input in the Load Ratio (LRV), Quality - Genus Species, Density, Contact Time, Polarity, Contact Temperature and use pressure to move or make this happen.
Use a computer to monitor, control, keep track of data, and warn you of problems.
As you can see this is not just an automated cycling machine. It creates and records a repeatable formula using all the effective controls to a greater degree than any other extractor in the world. It is a formula creator.
You can even record the molecular sieve type used as well as all the parameters used when filtering with that sieve.
After all that is what Tamisium means in Latin; to Filter or Sieve.

What you can do with all that data? You can save share sell and improve your process by using a computer to control your process. 
Analyze and graph your results while providing feedback to the machine so that it can adjust output on the fly! 

It is a FDA dream system that creates a digital monograph of the entire extraction process as well as providing the regulating agency full tracking of incoming and outgoing production in addition to online compliance if the users opt to do so or if the states require it to be used. We put the product back into the record books while providing the users and regulators everything they could ever hope for.
The Intellectual property that facilitates this is officially patented and protected under a methods and systems patent.

You will be able to see what you did and how you did it with a graphics interface that controls the machine or you can hide that process from anyone using it. You can play back the whole process save, store and use again. Being able to create a repeatable process is the first step to standardizing your extractions and process so you can gain FDA approval to move into larger industries with your products.

It can be set up to email or text you every time the machine comes on and report who is using it, what is being extracted from, and what the extract is being produced for. You can set up an extraction, start or stop the extraction from any location in the world or just check progress and adjust parameters remotely while enjoying time with family.

Variations in set extraction parameters can be altered without warning when manually operating a large system. A formula entered in to a compliant Standardized Process run and monitored by a computer cannot tolerate any deviation. The computer will constantly monitor and adjust to ensure the same targets and products are created time and time again.
We have decided that human error coupled with the changing environmental influences are too much for most people to compensate for on a consistent basis when a process is stretched over a longer period of time. With the ability to literally extract an infinitie variety of products from what appears to be an unlimited variety of materials, it is imperative that a computer monitor, control the process and keep track of results when extracting in larger scale especially when consumables are the objective.

Our system and method is our patentable trademark secret. The computer will hold that process intact and protect our interest and the interest of anyone who uses our process.

There are so many industries that this technology can work in and laws are changing for all plant based products. We believe our initial steps will pave the way into larger and profitable areas as new laws are created or eliminated allowing more lateral movement with a standardized complient process.

A computer will allow remote control and easy access to logs and other important data. Your intellectual property or extraction processes can be stored and can be invisible or invisible to anyone using the machine. You can retrieve it onto a portable memory storage device and transport or store your data. State permitted labs have the option to be easily managed when a state compliance program is put in place.
