TE12000 Full Automation Record Repeat

Price is for a turn key system

  • Includes 3kw cooling and 3kw heating power with all lines valves and adaptors to
connect your tanks to control when heating and cooling is applied and where.
  • Just add plant material, solvent and power. 3 240 volts independent outlets.
  • Tamisium Extractors are the only truely CLOSED extraction system because other closed loop extractors leak solvent continously
during and after normal operation as pointed out by the Denver Fire Dept.

A Closed Loop system by definition means a system must not leak solvent. The word Loop is used to define that the solvent is
recovered versus just evaporating it into the air. How it is recovered defines how hazardous the process is. Most recovery processes leak solvent and can provide an ignition source at the same time. Moving them outside the extraction room does not solve the problem. It just moves the problem into another room.

There are 3 elements required for combustion or explosion.

  1. Fuel
  2. Oxygen
  3. Ignition

A Class 1 Division 2 room rating is therefore not allowed for any other extractor that leaks or presents a ignition souce.
It is only ALLOWED for a room when a extractor such as a Tamisium Extractor in that room produces only 1 of these 3 elements during and after normal operation such as oxygen which is simply present in all spaces.

A Class 1 Division 1 room rating is REQUIRED when 2 of the 3 elements are produced by an extractor or component required for it's operation which by the way includes every other extractors on the market.

It is obviously apparent that any extractor that allows a Div 2 room rating is the safer of the two rooms to work in.
As the extractor operator or owner YOU are the one at risk as the operator owner of the system presented by these
manufacturers, not the manufacturer.
They are being allowed to operate by the rating compliance but you dont have to accept that.
Tamisium Extractors offer you a more capable, more versatile, faster, higher performance and SAFE solution while actually increasing the extractors capability and consistency.
We can recover 100% of the solvent used. This should not be consdiered as an option. It should be a requirement that you make.
All Fire Depts should enforce thie own regulations to the letter to solve the problem.
A truely Closed System does leak solvent and create igntion sources for explosions to occure and therefore does not require C1D1.
A truely Closed Loop process is a C1D2 compliant system.

  • Add Automation now or later
Automation does not merely turn on and off the extractor. It allows you to program the extractor to
extract using a custom formulation to create anything ever created in any extraction process. Tamisium holds the patent
on a process that allows you to replicate anything any other extractor can do and more because within the patent
more controls to the process are available to you than when using any other extractor.
In other words you will be able to replicate anything anyone else can do as well as being able to do many more things
    they cannot.
A manual version can do the same exact thing but requires you to manually change the inputs at the right time
while referencing notes or memory leaving a lot to chance. When running multiple extractors that can extract
from a ton of material per day automation is imperative but when running just one extractor you may elect to opt
    out to reduce cost.

By incorporating the innate physical characteristics of butane and other solvents to perform a low pressure low temperature extraction we can produce the widest range of high quality extracts in the world with the least effort safely without dangerous contaminating pumps, high heat or pressure.

Edit Recipescrop

Any TE12000 can be fully automated.

This is a fully automated walk away and come back process that records your adjustments to repeat and standardize your output.

Simplicity is the key to success. Extraction systems today over complicate the process of moving solvent through plant material because they incorporate equipment that over complicates the process. In short they do not understand what the full range of an extraction process is or how to control it. Their focus on development and safety has moved from extracting to just getting their system to operate.
It seems other manufacturers do not have any knowledge of extracting. They are completely focused on how to just get the solvent to move at all forgetting completely about the purpose of any extractor which should be how to discover and repeat a process.
At Tamisium we created these systems and the extraction methods the systems allow and have not lost focus on our purpose which is the process of EXTRACTING!
Moving and recovering solvent is the by product of extracting. Not the other way around.

IN our systems we allow a method to control all the parameters that define an extraction process and the design of the system allows you to control these to a greater degree than any other extractor in the world. Record and recall the formula you create so you can repeat what you do manually or allow the automated system to do it for you.
We dont just automate solvent movement with a simple on off switch. We automate a formula driven extraction process and method that then alters when these variables are adjusted to create and repeat a formula.

  1. Control the volume of solvent used.
  2. The quality of the starting material. Dry or Wet
  3. Extract from any density. Over 2 lbs per 3 liters of space.
  4. Control Contact Time
  5. Control Contact Temperature
  6. Extract at any Polarity.
  7. Adjust Pressure to any effective range.

Highlights of the system

TE12k Wafer ValveWafer Valve shown attached to top of Extractor Tank.

The Wafer Valve is not required or necessary but without it you risk solvent egress into the room you operate in. With flammable solvents we consider it a must piece of equipment.
It is a low profile Valve that allows you to seal off the bottom Extractor Tank to safely and quickly remove and replace the column with a optional pre loaded column. You do not have to expose your extractor tank volatile vapors to the atmosphere to change your column or access your extract. Your extract is drained into the Sucker Tank or Dryer Tank where it can be dried and further prepared using a safer lower volume portable solution. Your extractor tank is automatically cleaned due to its self cleaning design and requires no cleaning in between extractions.

Tamisium in Latin means to filter or seive. It is only fitting to provide one of the most advanced filtering processes for that purpose..
If you purchased a Canister Channel Filter that we designed for this system, it would be placed in between the Wafer Valve and Extractor Tank. The Channel Filter for the TE12000 forces your diluted extract to travel through 25 feet of activated charcoal or any other Molecular Sieve filter media. For AC to work effectively you need this distance and contact time.
There are about 100 different types of filter media to choose from. One will be best for your application. Each type filters out different things from liquid extracts. Most filter media can be recyled and reused. To be able filter your extract inline while still diluted by Butane and just after the solid to liquid phase extraction process completes saves time and money and allows easier faster processing without any loss as would be experienced if done in a post process. All without any volatile compounds lost because you do not have to use a less volatile solvent in a open system filter which would have to be removed using higher boiling points later.

Tamisium TE3000 Dryer Sucker TankThe Sucker/Dryer Tank Below holds approximately 5 gallons on the TE12000 system and comes with a stainless Pressure Lid for holding pressure when receiving extract from the extractor tank as well as a Heating Pad and Controller to target evaporation of various compounds based on their boiling points.
Also called the Dryer Tank when used to evaporate and recover all remaining solvents and compounds during the drying process. Again, we do not have solvent loss.
Use the lid for pulling a vacuum so you can dry with less heat. Once your volatile compounds are removed you can go up to 212F to target even harder to remove compounds if heat is allowed after removing and condensing your aromatics or lower boiling point extracts.
Using a tank like this, in conjuction over a vacuum oven means one less place to transfer from before accessing a finished product. It allows you to have more control over the process while also allowing you to attach other apparatus such as a clevenger condenser so that those compounds evaporating away are not lost forever. Keep in mind condensing compounds is one method of obtaining the most pure isolations.

We have a few other tricks that will have your competition wondering how you do it. We will inform you of those after purchase and will share future developments with you as we progress with more efficient equipment and ingenious designs.

Our tanks and seals are SAFER, sanitary and easier to use!
Take a look on the inside of the ASME Coded dryer/sucker tank.
This tank is created using 8 different machined parts and then the welds are removed for a smooth finish facilitating easy removal of the most difficult extractions while providing a food grade surface you could cook on. After machining them out they are welded together and then machined again to form a perfect shape to ensure a perfect smooth seal to facilitate easy removal of your extract.
Welding causes metal to warp. Machining the sealing surface after the parts are welded together corrects any misalignment issues. After the tank is welded and machined, we then remove any weld marks. With every weld, the part is surrounded with Argon Gas to prevent oxidation during the welding process. This is necessary if you want a food grade product that will not trap bacteria or corrode. With food grade parts you cannot have areas for food particles to deposit where bacteria can grow. The surface has to be polished and free of pitting cracks and crevices. It is a required expensive process.
States that do not understand all these requirements will learn the hardway requiring it in the future if they dont already.

TE3000 Sucker Tank with Heater and ControllerOn the top of this short cylindrical tank an o-ring groove is cut into the surface which seals against a flat Pressure Lid with various fittings. This sealing method is far superior than gasket seals and is not available on off the shelf clamp together parts.
An additional precaution is taken to keep extractions from touching the seals as they enter into the tank to be dried of all solvent.

You can compile multiple extractions into this tank which allows you to vacuum dry out the extract from multiple runs in a single instance. A heating pad with a temp controller accompanies this very important piece of equipment. Maintaining a constant predetermined temperature to counter any cooling effect from evaporation ensures complete removal of a specific solvent during drying phase. As little as 2 ppm butane can be achieved.
You can also use this tank to steam distill any essential oils from your higher viscosity extracts with the addition of a simple condenser connected to the output. Now you can make expensive more isolated essential oils based on their varying boiling points for less money and have the edge on your competition with this unique draining, drying, steam distillation process.

The TE3000 Recovery Tank doubles as a Solvent Delivery TankHere is a closer look at the Solvent Delivery Tank and Recovery Tank.

The TE12k or 12000 ml tank has a ASME coded threaded on cap with a siphon tube allowing you to simply set your solvent tank on the floor versus inverting it to get the solvent out. A simple tank that is not so simple.

Machined from 10 separate parts and assembled like the sucker tank described above in a specific order that allows us to remove the welds as we go. This unique design allows us to focus temperature transfer in all the right places with carefully engineered ratios of thickness, volume dimensions and HW ratios. You see here 4 connections strategically placed in various locations. One is for receiving vapors. One is for monitoring with the  accessories that are included and one additional is for attaching 2 RC tanks together for Rapid Recovery of Solvent when wattage for coolingis limited. On the automated systems we added 3 more fittings for sensors.
There is another fitting which holds a safety relief valve that vents unsafe pressures from the tank and reseals after safe pressures have been reached.

All tanks that hold volatile liquids will expand and could blow up the tank if this VRVI valve is not present. This relief valve can be set up to vent into the atmosphere or to another safe location. There is a final valve in the center. This unique carefully designed proprietary fitting allows you to convert your RC Tank into a siphon tank or remove the lid for adding co solvents.

It is self sealing and incorporates the same seal that we designed for safety and longevity. When a siphon tube is used you can draw liquid from the bottom while the tank is still setting upright.
